Who We Are

STUDENT LEADERS:

Caroline Haggard + President

Caroline HaggardI’m a senior civil engineering major from Lexington, SC. I first joined LCM my freshman year after checking out Sunday worship during Welcome Week and quickly fell in love with the unique community we have here at Gamecock Lutheran! My favorite part of LCM is witnessing my friends grow in their relationships with Christ and each other, and discover their vocational callings during their time at USC (Waffle Wednesday is a close second!). I’m honored to be serving my LCM community as student president this year!

STAFF:

Pastor Frank (PFA)

Pastor FrankFrank W. Anderson has been the campus pastor since 2005. As an undergraduate of Newberry College in the 1970’s, and interested in being a pastor, he met Bob Dasher (campus pastor at USC) and decided that this job would be amazing, and he was right.

Married to Pastor Mary W. Anderson of Incarnation Lutheran Church in Columbia, they have two daughters Colleen and Elise – both grown and out on their own.  Actively involved in the life of the Church, the campus at USC, and in the community, Pastor Frank seeks to live his Baptismal Life as a disciple on the move – growing and challenging faith each day, and challenging and supporting others in the journey as well.
