Spring Student Organization Fair

The Student Organization Fair is an excellent opportunity to recruit new members or just let the Carolina community know what you do on campus.  Don’t miss this opportunity to reach out to incoming and returning students!

To Participate…

·          Register online by April 28 at 4:00 p.m.  The request must be submitted by one of the four officers on file with our office.

·          Create an eye-catching table display of your events and activities for the Fair.

·          One table, two chairs, and a small sign will be provided for each organization that registers.  A limited number of paper table coverings will be available on a first come, first served basis.  Tables are randomly assigned.

·          On the day of the Fair, check-in for organizations will begin at 10:30 a.m.  You must check in at the registration table to find your table assignment.

·          The fair is open to student organizations registered with the Office of Student Government & Student Organizations.  If you do not reserve a table, you will not be allowed to participate in the Fair.
