Welcome to the Student Personnel Association (SPA) at the University of South Carolina. This organization is made up primarily of graduate students pursuing Master's degrees in Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA). The Student Personnel Association is devoted to four core values: Service, Friendship, Development, and Leadership.
